Return Policy

At MoodCare, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return the item(s) within 24 hours of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service team at support@moodcare.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, if possible, and include the RMA number.
3. Ship the item(s) to the address provided by our customer service team.

Please note the following conditions:

- The item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
- Any original packaging, tags, or accessories must be included.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to our error.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item(s).
- Exchanges will be processed promptly upon receipt of the returned item(s).
